KIDROLASE® is indicated in the treatment of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, Leukaemic meningitis and Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Asparagine is an amino acid that is essential for cell growth; it is produced by most cells, but not all blood cells. Mutated (cancer) cells in ALL rely on asparagine circulating in the blood for growth. L-Asparaginase is an enzyme that lowers circulating asparagine levels in the blood thereby depriving the mutated blood cells of asparagine and inhibiting their growth.

KIDROLASE® is registered in 14 countries. In countries where KIDROLASE® is not yet registered, a physician may request KIDROLASE® be made available to named patients who fulfil a defined criteria.
